We launched new collateral initiatives such as the M3 Internship Program, a high-level internship in the design and advertising industry. Additionally, we developed agency publication collateral, with Histor Publications.

Medea began operations on June 3, 2020, with its inaugural branding project in the architecture and luxury interior design sector, based out of the Business Park at Berkeley Square.

In 2022, Medea deepened its engagement with design academia by serving as mentors, guest critics, and jury members at design colleges. The team offered individual feedback sessions and portfolio guidance, as well as participating in Design bootcamps.

In its third year, Medea relocated to a more spacious office within the Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park, popularly known as IT Park Chandigarh, positioned in the city’s rapidly growing IT corridor. This vibrant campus hosts prestigious names such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Airtel

In the next year of its functioning Medea ventured into different sectors like nutraceuticals, FMCG and QSR.

EXPERIENCE: 16 YEARS IN DESIGN AND BUSINESS
AGENCY: MEDEA, IN

Megha P.  is a design practitioner and creative director with over 15 years of experience shaping visual narratives across industries. Trained in Biophysics at the honors level, her entry into design was not a shift but an expansion, guided by a natural inclination toward systems thinking, aesthetics, and human behavior.

As a woman navigating both science and creative disciplines, Megha has built a multidisciplinary practice rooted in inquiry, empathy, and clarity. Before founding Medea, she led design and editorial initiatives in the IT sector, overseeing projects for Indian and international clients where brand presence and identity were reimagined through design.

At Medea, she leads with a thoughtful, hands-on approach. She curates teams for each project based on the specific creative and contextual needs of the work. Her interests in architecture, psychology, cinema, and independent publishing inform a practice that is both conceptually rich and deeply human.

RINLEIYA RAMSAN
BRAND IDENTITY DESIGNER | RESEARCHER  
AGENCY: MEDEA, IN

Rinleiya Ramsan joined Medea in 2024 as a Researcher and Brand Identity Designer, commencing her journey with the nationwide branding of NapTapGo across India. Her formal training in Shodō, the traditional art of Japanese calligraphy, brings a poetic sense of balance, precision, and fluidity to her work. Rinleiya holds a Master’s degree in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), building upon a strong academic foundation in Fashion Design with a specialised focus on intimate apparel.

Grand Opus Awards/ Launched in May 2025, these awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional design expression, effective communication, and inspirational leadership, celebrating their contributions to the design community.

HISTOR PUBLICATIONS IS PUBLICATION HOUSE INITATED BY MEDEA 

Marvellous Me at Medea” (M3) is an exclusive internship program introduced in mid‑2023 with the ambition of elevating graphic design standards across India’s creative industry. This high-caliber initiative offers design students professional, global-standard exposure through immersive, real-time projects within the agency.

The M3 internship programs are the foundation for our forthcoming M3 Finishing School.

The Advertising Federation of India advocates for and advances ethical practices within the design and advertising industry. It establishes a network of associations encompassing brands, organizations, and independent professionals engaged in the industry operations.

EE-FF is EVERY EXQUISITE FONT FOUNDRY that was initated with beta typeface medea Quatro in the year 2024. The next in line typeface is medea Indic.

History publications is new vertical of medea that has its launch in fall of 2025.
