Job Role
As a FMCG Designer at medea, one needs to not only create visually striking packaging designs that capture consumers' attention but also have a a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and practicality to create designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and value. Apart from an approach to design packaging that stands out on shelves, the practical aspects of the product, such as ease of use and storage also has to be considered to o deliver incredible designs that enhance brand's recognition and at the same time resonate with the target audience.
Requirements
A drive to create incredible packaging products and having an encyclopedic approach to brand positioning, brand voice and brand personality.
A global sense and approach to design and branding.
A curious mind, an OG bend of expressing, creative desire to pitch some great ideas and all this while, having an openness to take constructive criticism at times.
Should be good communicator with strong inter-personal skills with a minimum experience of 2 years.
